How do I create my own words?

It’s easy to do online – go to Create Your Word and follow this process:

  1. Type your chosen word(s) into the box (photos will appear automatically)
  2. Click a photo to reveal a selection of alternatives to choose from…
  3. …click on your favorite from the selection
  4. If you want to frame a word, choose Yes, otherwise choose No!

How do I purchase my words?

Once you’ve created your words, click “Buy Now” to follow the standard PayPal checkout process. If you’re a non–Canadian customer, you may select your preferred currency before clicking Buy Now.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time will vary depending upon where you are in relation to us in Canada or the UK. Within Canada and the UK it usually takes an average of 3 days. Delivery to the USA is usually 1 week and other countries via air mail over a week.

What size are the photographs?

All Letter photographs are 4” wide x 6” high.

Are the photos only available in sepia?

From experience and experimentation I have found black and white photographs too harsh, and colour distracts from the shapes of the letters. Sepia will blend with most Décor.

Do you supply frames?

Yes. They can be easily added to your order when creating your words.

Do you sell other products?

We also offer smaller items including fridge magnets, greeting cards and mini posters.

How can I keep up to date with your products?

To be informed of new products and craft shows we’re attending, please subscribe to our newsletter. You can also follow us on Facebook and see what I’m up to over on my personal blog, David the Letterman!

I am interested in selling your products – is this possible?

Yes, of course, anything is possible. Please contact me and we can discuss various options.

Who made your website?

I am extremely pleased with the graphics and user–friendly site that Mike Finding and Chris Collins have made.

I have a question that is not covered here

Please contact me and I will be happy to answer your specific questions.
